Last Day Reflections

1. in photo I learned more then i expected i thought this class was just to take photo and print them out. but 50/50 i right and wrong. i learned about the pin hole photo, the one project that flips the photo. i learned how to print out negatives in the black room. now we just a printer and wait for the printer to ink the paper and boom the photo is their but i prefer the black room over the printer it was funner. sure it doesn't come out color but it gives it more character when its black and white and hand done. the world relies of machine now and i just liked how we got to do everything by hand.

2. what i learned about myself is that in pictures i like more color (contrast) in them. usually i just pull out my photo and snap a picture is made without thinking. but now i actually take the time to take my time with  each picture. 

3. i wished we got to use negatives more or just use the black room more. even if the things may cost a lot more to have here. i would gladly pay more just to get to use more of the black room. not saying i didn't enjoy the computer time, since i got to charge my phone :) but yeah but i think we should of done a bit more interesting things on the computer.

4. my struggle was just to take the pictures, in time and make sure to have them ready for next class, but i think a being more organized will help.

5. what i did i conquer .......the camera

i was able to see what more you can do with a camera rather than just point and shoot and have a a picture. to really look to see what is really worth capturing and and what way to do so. i pay more attention to more details more then ever

Portraits Of My Bro

These are picture of my brother. I took these pictures in our living room. I dont exactly know when I

took these photos due to the fact they been sitting in one my folders. I  decided to take some of hime because I find him to be kind of awkward and weird most of the time. I told him to just make some faces, from creepy to timid to extremely bored. I asked him if he just wanted to tell me a story of his day  but he said no cause he doesn't want me to take a picture of him when he is talking, and his face might be "off."
